"Our stay at Sunrise Beach was great. The setup of the house was perfect for 2+ families, lots of beaches nearby to choose from, everyone got a lot of use out of the pool and spa, and Ben was a fantastic host, he was very responsive and quick to act when messaged about a couple of issues. "We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful place in Noosa. The split living layout was perfect for our group, giving everyone plenty of space to relax while still enjoying time together. The house had more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms, making it comfortable for everyone. The attention to detail from Ben was exceptional…he even provided ingredients to make a cocktail on arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The property was spotless, well-equipped and in a great location. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Noosa!"

The house has everything you need for the perfect family holiday - very clean, lots of space, really comfortable beds, well appointed and we all really enjoyed the pool and spa area.
We loved sitting on the deck in the afternoons sipping the generous and delicious cocktails Ben provided!

"Ben was a wonderful host! We really enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. It was spacious, very clean, serene, and more than enough room for the 7 of us staying. It was wonderful as the grandkids had their own space in the 'apartment' section of the house and we all enjoyed our time in the pool, spa and the beach which was only a short walk away.
We were so pleasantly surprised by the yummy cocktail ingredients that were left for us as a welcome gift. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked that we had everything we needed in order to make a grand home cooked meal and also we were close enough to Noosa and other areas to choose great restaurants to eat at too.
Thank you again Ben for hosting us, we had an incredible time and we are looking forward to booking in again with our family in the future!"

"Our stay in Sunrise Beach was great. A family holiday of 6 adults and 1 child with plenty of room for everyone. The house had everything you would need. Games to play, beach accessories, all kitchen appliances and tools, bathroom amenities, and even a welcome drink/cocktail kit on arrival. That was a lovely touch, we appreciated that. Fully stocked laundry so we could do our laundry and have a comfortable stay as well. The bus stop is just around the corner which made it easy to get into Noosa. We often organised the complimentary shuttle from the Sunshine Surf Life Savers Club and ate/drank out there as it was close and a bit quieter than Noosa main st. Overall, a very lovely house, thoughtful hosts, and a beautiful location."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect for a group as the downstairs area is completely self contained and so individuals were able to take time out in the various spaces. The hot spa was a real hit! The house is very well stocked with a generous selection of consumables. Any questions were immediately answered by Ben and his communication was friendly and clear. Our fur babies were welcomed and there was a large fenced yard for them to play. Off leash dog beaches are just a few minutes away which was great.

"Amazing house, it felt like a home away from home and the hosts had thought of everything anyone might need during their stay, all while doing it with a nice personal touch and some French flair. The kids loved the pools and we walked the bush park which the house backs onto multiple times checking out the birds and the bats in the trees. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay again."

"The house and pool were fantastic for our 3 generations. The property is beautifully furnished and decorated and yet very comfortable. We were a party of 8 ranging from 2- 75 years . Every possible kitchen gadget was provided and there was a more than ample supply of crockery. The pool and spa were heated and fabulous"

"We as a family, children and grandchildren have enjoyed our wonderful stay. It was all fantastic in one word. Because on the ground floor there was a complete apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, each family could enjoy their privacy, if you wanted to be together, the floor was great for this. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were also very nice despite the winter period, the grandchildren have therefore made a lot of use of it. If I have to summarise everything briefly, “super awesome”"

"Our stay at 31 Orealla crescent was nothing short of amazing - from the moment we arrived, host Ben made us feel welcome and at home.
The home is well equipped with literally everything you need for a comfortable stay. One special touch was the ingredients for a French martini which we were able to prepare and enjoy during our stay. (including frozen pineapple cubes in the freezer so it could be instantly chilled) Such an amazing touch!!
We visited during a challenging time on the coast due to Cyclone Alfred. Ben's generosity and understanding truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety with unmatched hospitality.
Ben is easily the best host we have ever had over the many years we have used Airbnb!

"Just want to say how beautiful this home is!
We had a wonderful stay. So many good things to say! The pool was clean and the spa was hot and a lovely evening ritual for all of us during our stay.
We did have the whole home and I'm thankful to say there was plenty of towels both beach and bathroom. They provided very nice toilet paper(makes a huge difference) and an excellent choice of shower products. We had hotel quality linens and very comfortable mattresses.
The SMEG appliances in both kitchens were a lovely addition. Very good quality and easy to use. We did have a small issue with the Nespresso coffee machine but that was resolved almost instantly-we very much appreciate that! There is ample amount of refrigerator space too-very good for our family of ten.
The attention to detail in this home is also wonderful. I loved the beachy feel and open air concept. Air flowed and was lovely to watch the evening storms roll in.
I will for sure consider returning on my next trip!"
